TASTING NOTES

Elegant golden yellow color with gold highlights. Its complexity, elegance, concentration, and intensity are surprising. Aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and white peach are discovered. Barrel aging provides lactic aromas, followed by notes of coconut and vanilla. The similarity of aromas on the nose and palate leaves a toffee sauce aftertaste. On the palate, it has a sweet and unctuous impact, with flavors of ripe fruits and very good acidity that contributes to a fresh and prolonged finish.
