TASTING NOTES

Bright with a subtle golden hue, it displays very small, elegant bubbles. On the nose, it presents complex aromas of fruits, such as green apple and buttery touches, combined with mineral notes that enhance its delicacy. On the palate, it is fresh yet powerful. It has lively acidity, and a very elegant body and structure thanks to the contribution of Pinot Noir. A long finish and persistent aftertaste of toasted and almond notes.
