Long-term environmental perspective
1. Regenerative agriculture
2. WATER CONSERVATION
3. Biodiversity
4. Carbon Footprint

1. Regenerative agriculture
We aim to restore the soil's natural cycle, giving back the internal system it once had before intervention. Regenerative agriculture practices help mitigate climate change by reducing greenhouse effects.

2. WATER CONSERVATION
We use 100 % drip irrigation to ensure the efficient use of this vital resource. Additionally, we employ advanced technology such as Scholander pressure chambers, weather stations, and soil profiling to apply irrigation precisely as needed by the plants.

3. BIODIVERSITY
Protecting native flora and fauna translates into preserving over 110 hectares of native vegetation that hosts 35 native plant species, 23 bird species, and 26 vertebrate species. We have also installed insect hotels to attract and protect various insect species, promoting biodiversity and natural balance in our ecosystems.

4. CARBON FOOTPRINT
We measure our carbon footprint to identify and manage our environmental impact under the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) methodology. We intend to identify opportunities to optimize resources, reduce emissions, and advance toward more sustainable practices that respect our environment and contribute to a more responsible future.
