- Winery cleaning protocols are aimed are minimizing the use of water,
- A wastewater treatment plant allows to reuse winery water for agricultural purposes

- Waste materials are classified according to their origin and sent to a recycling plant

- We work jointly with local small- and medium-sized businesses so that they become our suppliers
