Smoked Salmon Salad with watercress, radishes, toasted, hazelnuts and orange vinaigrette

Process
  • To make the vinaigrette, place the juices, honey, salt and pepper in a jar.
  • Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously to dissolve the salt and the honey.
  • Add 3 parts olive oil and reserve . Shake well before serving.
  • To serve, place the watercress on a serving plate, arrange the salmon on top, add the remaining ingredients and drizzle with the vinaigrette.

4 handfuls Watercress
8 Radishes, sliced
200 gr Somked Salmon
1 handful Hazelnuts
Juice of an orange
Half lemon juice
1 tsp. Honey
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
