Criolla – Style Beef Kaiken Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon

Process

Thin, lean beef steaks 1 Kg

Potatoes, sliced into rounds 800 g

Grease a pot and arrange alternating layers of potatoes, Onions , veal, and tomatoes.

Add the seasonings.

Place the lid on the pot and cook over low heat for atleast 30 minutes Bay leaf 1 or until the meat and vegetables are tender.

It will create its own juices, but add water or vegetable stock if needed

Serve with a large portion of country-style bread.
